Pay Bill

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. Transaction limit is $20,000 per transaction. Multiple transactions may be done daily. For inquiries, please call customer service @ 303-659-1230 during regular business hours.

When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

Transactions made after 3:30 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be posted to your account the following business day. Submitting checks that are returned to American Pride Co-op for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or a stop payment on uncollected electronic funds will incur a $15.00 processing fee.
